Aravindh - Ahmad

Position after 21.Bxh6!

Aravindh started his amazing attack with a bishop sacrifice 21.Bxh6! Black of course cannot take it as 21...gxh6 22.Qg4+ finishes the game in a hurry as the rook is ready to join the attack. 21...f5 22.Qh5 e4 23.Bxg7 Kxg7 24.Qg5+ Kf7 25.Rcxe4 Rg8 26.Qh5+ Rg6 27.Ng4!?

Position after 27.Ng4!?

The f5-pawn being in a relative pin by the queen allows White to self-fork his pieces 27.Ng4!? while also bringing his final piece into the attack. 27...Rh8 28.Qxh8 fxe4 29.Rxe4 Qxd3 30.Re1 dealing with the back-rank issues. 30.Nh6+ was a better choice but that's alright, when White is attacking so well, it is not necessary to find the most accurate moves all the time. 30...Qd2?? 31.Qh7+ Kf8 32.Qh8+ Kf7 33.Qe8+ and White won the game in the next few moves.
